Founder & CEO

VersCa Beauty Tech and Ventures

I started VersCa because I saw how fragmented and outdated the beauty salon industry was, especially when it came to scaling efficiently. VersCa became my way of merging real-world operations with AI-driven tools—automating check-ins, boosting customer engagement, and making salons scalable and efficient. The fund naturally evolved from that. I realized that beyond my own ventures, there’s a huge opportunity to invest in other beauty and service-tech founders.

Chapter I

The toughest challenges you've faced as a founder.

One of the toughest challenges I’ve faced is earning trust and belief in my vision as a woman founder. In industries like real estate, beauty, and tech, I’ve often had to push harder to be taken seriously and to get people to see the scale of what I’m building. But these challenges have only made me more determined. With every milestone—from raising capital to scaling businesses—I’ve proven that persistence, vision, and execution speak louder than assumptions.

Chapter II

Your vision.

Our goal is to build a $10 million portfolio of companies that not only get funding but also get access to real operational insights and distribution. I’m driven to help these founders scale faster and more effectively, creating not just businesses but lasting wealth.

Chapter III

The impact you want to leave behind — for your industry, your community, and the women who come next.

My fund is about fostering more women founders in an unapologetic way. I know there are nonprofit groups supporting women, but my success will push the agenda further—because I’m merging beauty, tech, and venture. I want more women to feel empowered to build businesses in areas they are passionate about—not just in military tech or heavy industries. Beauty and wellness matter, and that’s why the industry is worth over half a trillion dollars globally. Thirty years from now, I’ll be proud that I helped reshape who gets funded and what industries we celebrate.
