About the Collection

Conceived by Daxe founder Erika Bahr, the Diversify Founder Photography Collection is a long-form portrait project documenting 208 women entrepreneurs across industries, geographies, and stages of building.
Each portrait is shot in black and white, on a single neutral set, with no styling brief beyond come as you are. The result is a study not in spectacle, but in presence: founders rendered with the same gravitas the art world has historically reserved for its masters.
The exhibition pairs the prints with each founder's own words — printed quietly alongside the work, never overpowering the image.
