Profile Health
Profile Health was born out of both frustration and clarity. After years working in healthcare technology, I saw highly capable clinicians overwhelmed by fragmented systems while patients felt unseen. That disconnect became personal when my own health concerns were repeatedly dismissed as “normal aging,” despite clear signals buried across disconnected labs, records, and reports. Everything changed when I was finally truly seen by holistic physicians—care that considered my full history, not isolated symptoms. That experience revealed both what healthcare can be and why it remains so rare: clinicians lack tools designed to support deep, integrative thinking. The injustice wasn’t a lack of care—it was structural failure. Profile Health exists to give holistic and longevity physicians the infrastructure to practice the medicine they believe in, sustainably and at scale, by turning overwhelming data into clear, actionable intelligence.
In her words
“Everything changed when I was finally truly seen by holistic physicians—care that considered my full history, not isolated symptoms.”
Chapter I
The toughest challenges you've faced as a founder.
The hardest part of building Profile Health hasn’t been the work itself. I’ve found unusual ease and clarity in this chapter—my team is exceptional, I’ve matured as a leader, and I’m finally building from a place of purpose rather than pressure. Of course, there are challenges. Raising capital is hard. Building ambitious infrastructure on a tight budget requires discipline and creativity. But those obstacles feel solvable. The true test has been human. One of my co-founders recently lost his wife, a devastating and life-altering tragedy. Supporting him through grief while holding space for the company has required a different kind of leadership—one rooted in empathy, patience, and trust. It forced me to slow down, prioritize people over timelines, and lead with humanity rather than urgency. What I’m most proud of is that we didn’t fracture—we deepened. The company continued to move forward, design partners signed on, revenue landed, and our mission became even clearer.
Chapter II
Your vision.
I’m obsessed with relieving the invisible burden medicine places on doctors and patients alike. Today, clinicians spend hours outside the exam room charting, clicking, and stitching together fragmented data—stealing time from their own lives and the humans they care for. That exhaustion ripples outward. My vision is a JARVIS for doctors: an intelligent partner that does the synthesis so physicians don’t have to. When doctors reclaim their time and mental space, they practice better medicine. Patients feel more seen, recover more fully, and avoid the downstream mental health and chronic issues that arise when the body is ignored or misunderstood. I believe when people feel well in their bodies, the world becomes calmer. Less burnout. Less chaos. Less waste. Longer, healthier lives with higher quality of life. Profile Health exists to restore humanity to medicine—so care is sustainable for doctors, healing is accessible for patients, and health becomes a foundation for a more peaceful world.
Chapter III
The impact you want to leave behind — for your industry, your community, and the women who come next.
Thirty years from now, I want to be proud that I helped shift medicine back toward humanity. That I played a role in building systems that honored clinical intuition instead of burying it under bureaucracy. I hope Profile Health made it possible for doctors to practice the kind of care they believe in without sacrificing their lives or wellbeing—and for patients to feel at home in their bodies again. For future women founders, I want my legacy to be proof that you don’t have to harden yourself to build something meaningful. You can lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose—and still change an industry.
