Lighty AI

Raised — $3M

The tech was ready, I was ready and my co-founders were ready. These 3 things came together at exactly the right time to create the opportunity for us to work together on something we really believe in - transforming real enterprise workflows with AI tech. Getting out of the lab and into production for real results. I grew up in \"real\" businesses/not tech and wanted them to see the power of all the cool tech I learned in my time at Google.

In her words

Building at the frontier of AI means one thing: transforming cutting-edge technology into repeatable, measurable value for the enterprise.

Chapter I

The toughest challenges you've faced as a founder.

We've had a whole bunch of challenges, of course! However, digging deep and recommitting after a super painful M&A event fell apart at seriously the last minute and having a huge company hire away our engineers was definitely the biggest challenge we have faced so far. That tested us big time and we redoubled efforts with each other and with our customers.

Chapter II

Your vision.

Lighty is about learning what truly matters for real results in your business. We are obsessed with helping companies and teams understand how their business works, what is actually important and then, the best part, putting in place those AI agents and optimizations so companies see REAL results. Setting true baselines for AI projects and being able to implement, track and grow - that's the best! Helping teams actually cancel work or projects that don't serve their goals and double-down their efforts on things that matter. It's a joy to see real change in Enterprise with all of this new tech.

Chapter III

The impact you want to leave behind — for your industry, your community, and the women who come next.

I want to make AI/tech feel so much more accessible for people in non-tech jobs. Less scary about losing your job and all about making your job/team feel awesome. I want my community and especially women to jump in. Don't feel scared or anxious or worry about being \"behind\" in AI. The space is evolving so rapidly, just jump in and start learning and doing. I love mentoring people and helping them and continue to bring down the barriers/fear to help people learn and get going on this awesome voyage.
